Agreement
These Terms govern your use of CohortCamp, including community hosting, course tools, lead magnets, payments, and related services. By creating an account or using CohortCamp, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not use CohortCamp for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
Payments
Platform subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Paid memberships and creator products may be processed through Stripe Connect. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and customer support for creator-sold products are the creator's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant CohortCamp the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service.
Availability
CohortCamp is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
